We invite you to attend a day of remembering, thanksgiving and farewell at Perthville (New South Wales) on Sunday 23 March 2025.
As you may know, our property in Perthville is being sold, and during its 153 years of Josephite history, the property has included:
- The Original Convent of the Founding Sisters of Saint Joseph in NSW
- The Mother House of the Sisters of St Joseph Perthville
- Convent Accommodation for Sisters
- St Joseph’s Primary School and St Joseph’s College
- Boarding Facilities, more recently St Joseph’s House
- Office for Josephite Foundation NILS
- St John’s Church
- St Joseph’s Chapel
- St Anne’s Aged Care Facility
- Retreat and Conference Centre
- Heritage Centre
- Farmland and two cottages
- The Perthville Sisters’ cemetery
You will have the opportunity to join with Sisters, friends, ex-students, Josephite Companions/Associates, Religious and Clergy, Local Folk and Parishioners for a day.
The day will begin at 11:00am with a ritual of remembering, thanksgiving and farewell, with a light lunch and tea/coffee provided. At 2:30pm, there will be a Mass and a final farewell.
